Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed and packed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship to:

  • Select international destinations

Shipping Options & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Carrier Information

We use major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL, depending on your location and preferences. Tracking numbers are included with all shipments.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, unforeseen issues such as weather, customs, or high-volume periods may cause shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email hello@pada.place within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

Returns

Unopened kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
