At Pada, we stand by the integrity of our products and the care we put into each Journey Kit. Your experience matters to us—and we want you to feel supported every step of the way. If you’re not fully satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns on unused and unopened Journey Kits within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The Journey Kit must be in its original packaging

  • All contents must be unused and in resellable condition

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email us at hello@pada.place with the following:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos of the unopened kit (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions. Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless your item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incomplete Items

If your Journey Kit arrived damaged or missing components, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Email us at hello@pada.place with your order number and a photo of the issue.

While we do not offer direct exchanges, we’ll ensure you receive a replacement if your kit was compromised in transit.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used Journey Kits

  • Digital downloads or content accessed via QR codes

  • Gift cards
